- Investigating and documenting systematic and structural human rights violations in North Korea, including political prison camps, forced labor, torture, public executions, and repression of freedom of thought and religion
- Collecting testimonies from defectors and analyzing evidence in accordance with international human rights standards

2. International Reporting and Public Advocacy
- Submitting reports on the human rights situation in North Korea to the United Nations, international human rights mechanisms, governments, and civil society
- Raising global awareness through seminars, forums, conferences, and public advocacy initiatives

3. Protection and Support for Victims and North Korean Defectors
- Promoting the protection of the human rights of North Korean defectors and supporting their resettlement and integration
- Assisting in ensuring that the voices of victims and survivors are heard within the international community

4. Accountability and the Pursuit of Justice
- Working to identify those responsible for crimes against humanity committed in North Korea
- Supporting international legal efforts to pursue accountability and advance justice for victims

5. Awareness-Raising and International Solidarity
- Increasing public awareness of the human rights situation in North Korea
- Building solidarity and cooperation with international NGOs, human rights defenders, academic institutions, and civil society organizations

6. Policy Advocacy and Engagement with Legislative and Diplomatic Efforts
- Developing policy recommendations and strategic reports aimed at improving human rights conditions in North Korea
- Engaging with governments, legislatures, and international institutions to encourage legislative and diplomatic action
- Integrating human rights into foreign policy, security, and humanitarian agendas to support sustainable and effective North Korea human rights policies
